Abstract
The institution must considering all factors to materialize job satisfaction in the civil servants. But, different things from civil servant's job satisfaction in the Ministry Of Religion’s Office Of West Sumatera Province which has not materialized, this is because there are still unfavorable work disciplines, the unconducive organizational climate and limited opportunities in order to rise career development which impact on government employees in order to do their jobs. This research purposes is to know the influence of work discipline, organizational climate and career development towards civil servant's job satisfaction.
Type of this research is correlational by quantitative method. Research population is all civil servants in the Ministry of Religion's office of West Sumatra Province. Sampling using slovin formula with proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaire with likert scale measurement consisted of four alternative answers. Then the data obtained was analyzed using multiple regression technique with the help of SPSS program version 22.0 for windows.
The results of the research showed that work discipline, organizational climate, career development and civil servants job satisfaction in the The Ministry of Religion Office of West Sumatra Province was good category. The influence of Work discipline take effect significantly towards civil servants job satisfaction. Organizational climate take effect significantly towards civil servant's job satisfaction. While career development's factors take effect significantly towards civil servant's job satisfaction. Afterward work discipline, organizational climate and career development affect take effect significantly towards civil servant's job satisfaction
