Abstract
The Regional Government of West Sumatra Province is trying to make tourism as one of the major foreign exchange earners in spurring the wheels of government. West Sumatra has almost all tourism objects, both natural tourism objects such as the sea, beaches, lakes, mountains and canyons; culture tourism; culinary; and historical tourism which is in this case the Adityawarman Museum that located in Padang. The potential possessed by West Sumatra as one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia, inevitably must be accompanied by facilities, services and attitudes of service providers at tourist sites. The culture or attitude of the work government’s apparatus working on the Adityawarman Museum tourism object did not give the satisfaction to the community. Whereas if we look further, the work culture will determine how good or not the service provided by the government apparatus to visitors. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to see how much influence the work culture has on people's satisfaction visiting the Adityawarman Museum tourist location. This study uses quantitative methods. The population is 45774 who are visitors to the museum based on age. The sample uses the Slovin 5% formula and amounts to 397 people. Sampling using Simple Random Sampling. Research data collection using a questionnaire that has previously been checked for validity and reliability. The results of this research on the influence of work culture on visitors satisfaction was 47,3% and it means that work culture possessed by the apparatus will influence the level of satisfaction of the people who visits. The conclusion is that the higher the work culture, the higher the level of satisfaction will be.
